Protest Policy Ohio Senior Olympics
Adopted by the Board of Ohio Senior Olympics by unanimous vote on March 13, 2009

Any athlete who desires to make a protest with regard to any aspect of a sport competition at the Ohio Senior Olympics shall make such protest to the Event Director of the competition in question.  All protests must be written and submitted to the Event Director within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the game, match, heat, or event under protest.  Protest forms will be available at each venue.  The Event Director will evaluate the protest and render a decision.  All decisions by the Games Director are final and not subject to further appeal.

NOTE:
This policy will be in effect at the 2009 State Senior Olympics competition. Protest forms will be available at each event venue at the competition.
